Professional Experience
Daniel Morgan graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2004 and has been with the firm ever since. He is dedicated to providing skilled criminal defense to the accused facing misdemeanor and felony charges. He has successfully defended clients at trial charged with sex offenses, assault, drug offenses, and driving under the influence. In addition to his trial work, Dan has devoted a portion of his practice to post-conviction relief, including the vacation of prior convictions and the restoration of firearm rights.
